Border Patrol Pest Preventions First (Intensive) service procedures include:

• A complete inspection of interior & exterior of your home.
• Removal of spider webs and wasps nests from under eaves, around windows and in the garage.
• Treatment of soil, turf or mulch areas outside against the home or building using liquids granular baits and or water activated crystals.
• Treatment of door thresholds, window casings and under eaves.
• Treatment of all entry points.
• Complete treatment of garage and garbage area.
• Complete treatment of the area around the outside A/C unit
• Complete crack and crevice injection, treatment in kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms, etc.
• Treatment around and under appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
• Treatment of furniture drawers as needed or other infested furniture.
• Treatment of attic and/or crawl spaces.
• Treatment of all drains to eliminate breeding sites for drain flies with the ProFoamer.

The above services are combined with the most effective cockroach and ant baiting methods available.

Your first year of our Border Patrol service incorporates five treatments. The first (we refer to it as your intensive service) is both an interior as well as exterior service.  Thereafter exterior treatments are performed beginning approximately a month later and continue on a quarterly basis.

Our Guarantee:  If you should see a pest in between your regular exterior treatments, on the inside of your home, just call our office. In most cases, we will return that same day (within no more than 24 hours and retreat the portion of your home (inside or outside) with the problem for FREE!!

Our highly trained technicians will perform a complete inspection prior to service. However, please feel free to provide us with any extra details or special concerns. Our technicians will diagnose the condition and take appropriate steps to resolve the problems.

The largest investment we usually make for our family is our home. Our Border Patrol program is designed to protect your home and family from unwanted pests, and the diseases they carry.

Note: Certain Pests Require a Surcharge, if present at Commencement of Service.

* Ticks, Fleas, Rats and Mice all require multiple visits to your home during the first several weeks of service as well as additional products, materials and equipment to eliminate an infestation. A ONE TIME surcharge will apply for your intensive only. If any of these pests should re-infest your home at a later time during your service with Anti-Pesto, they will be treated at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
