Roof rats and house mice are currently the most common visitors our team is identifying. As evening temperatures eventually begin to moderate, these pests naturally look for gaps in eaves, soffits, and crawlspaces to establish shelter near consistent food sources. Because they can enter through openings as small as a quarter, ensuring your home's exterior is sealed is a critical first step in prevention.
